We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Hilton Head.

Overall very pleased with this property for our group of adults and kids. Great view of lagoon. Lots of space for people to spread out inside. Beach is very walkable. Pool was heated so could actually swim in April. Property had beach towels and a well stocked kitchen (pans, blender, utensils—no spices/salt&pepper). While they did provide beach towels, they did not give a lot of consumables like trash bags (3), tp, soaps, etc, so you will need to bring extra. But overall it’s in the top 3 of our places we’ve stayed in HHI and we would book again!

It’s great to hear the lagoon views, spacious layout, and walkable beach all worked well for your group. A heated pool in April makes a big difference, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy it. The stocked kitchen and beach towels are always meant to make things easier from the start.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. Everything was very well kept. The beach and pool were wonderful and easy to access. We enjoyed the water view out our back door and spotted many birds and alligators. Very peaceful stay.

El lugar es muy bonito y bien cuidado, muy cercano a la playa y piscina (Menos de 1 minuto). Fui con mis padres y 2 hijos, y el lugar nos recibio a todos sin problema. La casa es comoda, limpia, y suficientemente grande para un grupo de 6-7. Incluso habia un sillón que se transformaba en cama en el loft que nos daba una cama adicional.
Lamentablemente cuando llegamos estaba llegando un huracan y no logramos hacer las actividades ofrecidas por Xplorie, pero los restaurantes locales nos salvaron.
Nuestro unico "issue" fue que llegamos a finalmente a las 6PM y no encontraba el correo con instrucciones para abrir la puerta principal, y al llamar a la oficina ya habian cerrado y no me pude comunicar en ese momento. Finalmente encontre el correo con la contraseña de entrada, y todo fue perfecto desde ese momento.
Recomiendo 100% el lugar

Overall, this house is perfect! It is gorgeous. From the lagoon view in the back to the quick walk to the beach and pool, the location cannot be beat! The only 2 things is that the master bedroom does not get cool. We had a really hot week and that bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house. And I cook a lot on vacation and would have preferred a few more mixing bowls and pots and pans but definitely not a big deal. We will definitely be back!!!

This was our first time staying on the Lagoon side of the street. It was very nice! Having access to 2 parking spaces and a first-floor entry made it very easy to unload groceries and luggage. We had another fantastic stay on HHI!

We loved this 3 bedroom unit. We used both pools and beach access locations and having those amenities across the street were one of the main reasons we chose this rental. Each bedroom had a TV with streaming services and its own bathroom. We found the separation between bedrooms to be great as well because you never felt like you were too close to the other guests. The kitchen is well appointed and we spent a lot of time on the rear deck enjoying the wildlife and water view. Palmetto Dunes was convenient to both shopping and dining and the unit was within walking distance of kayak and bike rentals which was another big perk. We would definitely book this again.

We all loved this townhouse and felt the size was perfect to give us all some breathing room (two adults, two teenagers). It is a short walk to beach, absolutely spotless, cool, and very quiet at night. The downsides were only that the bare minimum was provided in terms of soaps (dishwashing/ washing detergent) and no tea or any other packaged consumable kitchen amenities (coffee excluded) were provided (I.e. stick of butter, napkins, packaged sugar, etc). The back deck was absolutely glorious in morning but no umbrella so far too hot in afternoon/evening. The walls, kitchen and bathrooms are showing their age but everything was very clean and usable so not really an issue. We would recommend this place to our friends!

The property is well located for access to golf, pickleball, beach and biking- everything we were looking for. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our family size. We enjoyed the pleasant outdoor space by the waterway and the abundance of natural light in the unit. The kitchen with adjacent washer and dryer were very usable and was well stocked. The included amenities were a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay and would look to stay there again.

WOW, what a spot! We spent a family thanksgiving here with two families and there was plenty of room as well as a very convenient and quiet location. The beds were great and the finishes within the unit were great. Would definitely stay here again!

The villa was ideal for what we were looking for in a beach getaway. Private beach access, two pools and a great deck out back for enjoying coffee made it even better. It's close enough to amenities while still feeling secluded enough for relaxing.

We loved our week stay in Palmetto Dunes! The bike rides, short walk to the beach, the general store, and tennis courts were wonderful! The location was beautiful with a great view of the water from the back deck. Quiet area with great amenities.
