Superb Location!!
We were delighted to find out our villa was on the 1st floor and literally steps to the pool & beach! You can see the ocean from the balcony & the area is so clean and manicured, very upscale feel. Checking in was stressful as I was only texted the gate codes (through the VRBO app) for May & June (July was not listed). There were several emails that come through and the gate code was correct on one of them, but I also had the texts with the incorrect months, so...it was confusing. Luckily, someone drove up behind us after a several mins with the correct gate code to enter the property. The door and pool codes were correct. I had to contact the manager to get them to send me the July code. So, make sure you have the correct month codes to get onto the property! The condo was clean but the guest shower drain was clogged upon arrival. It wasn't really an issue as my 2 children just showered in the master shower each night. Also, the coffee pot requires filters, so if you are a coffee drinker, make sure to bring them or put them on your shopping list when you get there! There were 2 beach chairs & a bugie board for beach days, which was nice! Again, the location of this villa is excellent and I would quickly book this one again!

Overall loved the location. We ended up not using the back porch because the front entrance to the back was closer and less steps. Lots of space and amazing view. Only issue we had was the kitchen floor had dried up food spots and some areas that were dusty. Was expecting to be a bit cleaner for that price.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was super clean! There were really nice beach towels there to use during your stay. We stayed on the first floor- super convenient to the beach and pool. We will stay here again!

Perfect for family of six
Enjoyed the SUPER convenient location of this unit. Easy to move in and step down off the back porch to the walkway to the beach. Pool was nice and clean and loved the matted walkway through the dunes. Unit is furnished ok, would have liked more LR seating and bed mattresses need replaced but wasn’t horrible. Was just what our family needed to get away.
