It was a wonderful location and was just and the pictures had shown and an amazing location. The kids had fun with easy access to the pool and beach, this was a memorable trip for the family. We have been coming to HHI for the past 20 years or so and have stayed primarily on the South end of the island near Sea Pines and Coligny Circle. We also have only stayed for a week in October in the past. Per a suggestion from a friend we stumbled across this listing with Hilton Head Properties R and R and decided to book the condo for two weeks. We were not disappointed. The property is beautiful and well maintained from the parking area, the stairwells and elevator, the pool area and the walkway to the Ocean. We chose this unit for the easy access to the pool and the beach and it was perfect. Although we could not see the sunrise for the balcony on the first floor, we did have a view of the ocean and the sunrise was easily viewed from the beach or the pool! The unit was clean and well maintained and the items provided were as listed making our move in so easy. We had an issue with our coffee maker the second day and it was repaired in an hour as we left for the day at the beach. Text and email reminders and check ups daily made us feel well connected and supported.

This is the second condo that we have rented at this location in the past three years. This one was great because it was on the first floor and made unpacking and packing up very simple. It also has a back balcony that leads directly to the pool, which was great for the kids. The room was very spacious, very clean, and upkept very well. The only two issues that we had were, the blinds for the back balcony door in the living room continuously malfunctioned and the living room window could use a blind or curtain for those wonderful mid day naps after fun at the beach. Overall this is a wonderful place where everyone is very respectful, it's quiet and peaceful, and you're right on the beach. This will be our go to destination anytime we visit Hilton Head Island.

Condo was clean, all amenities worked well. Comfortable AC and space for 3 adults and one child. Very short walk to the beach and pool. A couple of suggestions to the owner: new blinds in the main area. Couldn’t close them all the was due to a few of them being broken. Invest is some privacy curtains for the other windows since this is a first floor unit. Bright outside hallway light lit up the second bedroom at night. We hung a blanket over the window. Pretty easy fixes. Overall I would stay there again.

Stayed with wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 5. For adults and older kids, good place to stay. As expected, place is not baby or toddler proofed. Toddler could open the front door and walk out easily. Access to beach and pool is convenient and good community. Management company is very responsive. It was fairly clean. Recommend dark out curtains especially with kids or get up really early. Need to fix the drain in the guest bathroom, water backs up easily. Paint near the windowsill is coming off and can be dangerous for kids.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property than this! It was clean and spacious inside, and a very short walk to the beach. We loved being on the first floor, having the pool right behind us and being able to head to the beach or pool right from the back deck, which had stairs.

We absolutely loved staying at this property at Sea Cloisters. Traveling as a party of five with an infant, we were worried a condo may end up being too cramped but this was not the case whatsoever. The living/dining/kitchen are spacious and open; bedrooms have plenty of space; patio is terrific and large. The property itself is truly A+. The walk to the beach is very short with a nice boardwalk and walkway. The pool is beautiful and all of the grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The location is close to everything but private and quiet. 5/5 as a place to stay!!

This is a beautifully maintained condo and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s a very quiet building and the private access from the patio is a bonus if you’re going to be going back and forth to the pool/beach. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of parking. There are only a couple of really minor things I’d point out for future guests: the vacuum cleaner didn’t work for a mid week clean up, while there were a lot of extra pillows in the condo the only sheets that are provided are the ones already on the beds so there aren’t any spare pillowcases. Finally, make sure to take advantage of the beach chair/umbrella rentals as there aren’t any beach/pool gear or toys in the condo. Thanks for a great week!

This condo was perfect for our monthly stay in Hilton Head. The full size well appointed kitchen was ideal for me. I love to cook and I didn't miss a beat here! My husband particularly enjoyed our covered porch and beautiful views. Also we like that the condo had a split floor plan and each bedroom had its own space and bathroom. The beach and pool were just outside our door, since we were on the first floor. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the manger, Rocky, was. Anything we needed to know, he was our go to guy. The owner, Terry Wright, contacted me by email several times during our stay and she just made me feel welcomed and at home. This was an absolutely beautiful condo in one of the best locations on Hilton Head. It was convenient to everything - restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and just steps to the beautiful beach. The landscaping was lovely and the pool was very close to the condo but also secluded by the palm trees. The layout of the condo was perfect for our two couples and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We needed to spend Christmas in a quiet and rejuvenating locale and this one was perfect. We hope to stay there again soon.

This unit was a perfect fit for us and our best friends on our first trip to HHI.Serious coffee drinkers may consider bringing their own coffee pot (it may be time to replace this one!), but other than that,this unit is just perfect.The views are amazing!My husband couldn't go to the beach or pool due to some health issues and was perfectly satisfied sitting on the balcony where he could see both the ocean and the pool.Internet access was best there as well, so he was happy to get lots of work done. That's what we all do on vacation, right? The balcony has stairs directly down to the beautifully manicured "yard" so it is very convenient to get to the pool and the walkway to the ocean.Once on the beach,the lifeguard stand is very close by where you can rent a chair/umbrella.There is a full size washer/drier, which I find very rare in condos/villas (most have the mini-stackables).A TV in the living room and both bedrooms mean that (surely!) everyone will be happy during the occasional rainy afternoon (although we didn't have one while here). The owners were great to work with! We really couldn't be more pleased with this unit and hope that if you choose to rent it, you will also be satisfied.

We took a spring family vacation to Hilton Head. There were four adults and one child. The condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach and the pool. I was so happy to see how clean and beautifully decorated it was. The owners were good at recommending things to do and places to eat. We had a great time and there was plenty for the five year old to do, there were even beach toys available. We would definitely rent this unit again. It felt like home away from home. We use VRBO a lot and this was one of the better places we have stayed and my wife is picky.

We rented the condo for 7 weeks in the winter waiting for our house to be built. The unit was the perfect size for the two of us, and our occasional overnight guests. With all the amenities (full size washer and dryer, internet + cable, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms), we were able to settle in comfortably for our month and a half stay right on the beach. Although the weather was a bit on the chilly side, the condo was still sunny and bright, with very attractive furnishings. An added bonus to this first floor condo is the direct access from the balcony to the yard and short walkway to the absolutely gorgeous beach – great for daily walks. Also, the owners were very accommodating and a delight to work with.
