Villa - Lagoon Villa 1587, Sea Pines

My family and I just stayed in Villa 1587 in Sea Pines. We never wanted to leave, and definitely plan to book again! It was super clean, very comfortable, very spacious. The property management company was incredible and very responsive. Lots of comfy towels, comfortable beds/bedding, games, great TVs, easy to access Wifi... We had an amazing vacation and walked to Salty Dog and played tennis at South Beach Raqcuet Club. Went to the beach nearby... we had the best time ever and look forward to booking this villa again in the future!

The accommodations were great. It would be helpful to have detailed instructions on how to operate the induction cook top. It was really simple once we understood that it is based on the pot size. This is fairly new technology but some quests may not be use to using this type of stove. Once we contacted maintenance, they were quick to respond and most informative. It was very much appreciated all staff we came in contact with were very courteous. We appreciated the perks of free activities and parking passes. It made the unit pricing much more affordable.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hilton Head Island, SC. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully updated with modern technology that made everything from lighting to entertainment seamless and convenient.One of the best parts was the location—just a short, easy walk to the beach! This home was wonderful for our stay over the 4th of July. The house was clean and very comfortable. We loved the built-ins in the bedrooms. The location was perfect for us and the view out the back windows was so relaxing. The house/kitchen had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Would definitely stay there again!

My family of five stayed here recently. Let me start with the home itself. Everything is updated and extremely nice! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Push button lighting system throughout the entire home. Great deck space out back that backs up to a waterway. My kids enjoyed standing out and looking at all the water life that came through. The home was fully equipped for every need that you would have while staying there. HHP there’s a great job of communicating, and clear instruction. The text communication was A+ no matter how early or late in the day. The amenities that come with the rental are as advertised. My son enjoyed a free round of golf every day of our stay. And the whole family took advantage of the bikes and beach chairs that came with the rental. The beach and pool both were within very reasonable walking distance. Approximately a quarter mile to each. We will 100% be back, and our first call will be to HHP.!
