Welcome to your beautiful vacation home, nestled in the heart of Shipyard Plantation's Colonnade Club on Hilton Head Island. This charming property is just a short walk away from the beach, offering a perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing beach getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, providing all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay. To the right of the entrance, you'll discover the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with a set of twin beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children. Across the hall from the Guest bedroom you will make your way to the Primary bedroom, a retreat with a luxurious king bed and ample natural light, creating a serene ambiance.  Continuing past the kitchen, you'll enter the inviting dining area, featuring a beautiful table with seating for four, where you can enjoy meals and engage in lively conversations. The dining area seamlessly flows into the spacious living area, adorned with a new sectional sofa. Recently purchased 10/23. Just off the living area you have a quiet patio with comfy furniture to sit outside and enjoy a beverage of choice.

The Colonnade Club is a remarkable vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, providing guests with access to top-notch amenities. Take advantage of the tennis and golf courses, perfect for enthusiasts of these sports. When you need a break from the sun, cool off in the on-site pool and heated spa, available from April 15th through September. For your convenience, a pool house is also provided. Gorgeous Hilton Head Condo in Prime Location!
Unit 189 in the Colonnade Club is a true gem. The entire vacation experience was incredible from start - finish. The communication with the property management was pleasant and smooth at all times to make sure it was easy for us to get our passes at the gate, to figure out how to access the condo and pool codes, and how to get around and easily find whatever we needed. The condo is in impeccable condition and also in such a beautiful location! It's a quiet and peaceful surrounding area, but also extremely central in terms of getting around to all the best spots in HHI. This is a first level condo, so it was extremely easy for us to pull up and unpack our things and get everything in/out of the space. Each condo has it's own front privacy gate, and the large front porch area was perfect to get things sorted coming to and from the beach. The pool is right out front and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub (which is totally covered under a nice gazebo area). There is a paved path right off the main parking area out front that leads directly to the beach and the Sonesta beach club. It's a flat/shaded super quick stroll to the beach (less than 10 minutes walking) and the beaches are enormous when the the tide is out. We rented bikes too and biked through so many neat areas within Shipyard, and also biked to nearby spots like Coligny Plaza and several shops/restaurants. The condo (and Shipyard in general) is such a great central spot and it was so easy to get to Shelter Cove, Sea Pines, Coligny, and more in such a quick amount of time. Furthermore, this condo club specifically is one of the BEST spots we've ever stayed at even within Shipyard because of how easy it is to get to the beach! The condo (unit 189) itself was immaculate and everything was so clean and in great condition. All the appliances were updated (we loved the large fridge and super nice washer/dryer units). The master bedroom was spacious and the king size bed was SO comfortable! There was plenty of extra room in the second bedroom as well with the 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms had so much room, plenty of storage/shelving, and great showers. The condo kitchen and living room are open and inviting with several bar stools at the kitchen counter and additional dining space at the main table. The sectional couch was so comfortable to relax on and watch TV after a long day at the beach. The back patio/deck area was like a private little oasis. The greenery was amazing and there's a great view of the golf course! Key Takeaways - The location is SO convenient. We were impressed from the moment we opened the front door with how clean & beautifully decorated the condo was. This spot was so perfect for our week long vacation and we will definitely be back to visit again! 10/10 recommend!!!

Amazing condo and vacation!
We were extremely happy with the condo! It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed! The keyless check in process was very easy. The balcony was peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. We enjoyed walking to the beach and visiting the local restaurants. There are miles of beautiful walking/bike riding paths. We will definitely be back and can’t wait! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hilton Head!
