We decided to book a last minute trip, and were lucky to find a place this nice to stay at on Memorial Day Weekend! The house was spotless, there were items to help get us going (beach towels, dish soap, coffee, etc.). We love staying in Shipyard and this was an easy 10 minute bike to the beach, and also 10 minute bike from Coligny. The pool and tennis/pickle ball courts was a 2 minute walk. Perfect location and spotless, would highly recommend!

The Villa in Hilton Head was a very nice, comfortable & friendly area. After the other properties that I had selected were not able to rented out due to certain circumstances. This one definitely felt like home away from home & would surely come & visit again. It's an enjoyable place with many activities within the area.

This place was perfect. Definitely one of the best accommodations we have stayed at. The unit is beautifully renovated and doesn’t feel like it was done cheaply or quickly. It has everything you need. We like to cook on vacation and always find that rentals are poorly equipped for that, but not this one. They have everything you need. The pickleball and tennis courts are right across from the unit as well. And the management company was so responsive and friendly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family had a great long weekend stay in this lovely villa. We had everything we needed from coffee filters to beach towels. I loved the special touches of the motioned activated night lights!! Being in a strange location and moving around at night, this was such an unexpected added feature! Loved them so much I went out and bought some for my home! Great parking right out front! Plenty of seating for our whole family in the living room to watch a show on Netflix! Overall great place that we would surely rent again!

We had a great stay at this house! Check in easy! Loved the Xplore options to add activities/bikes. We had two bikes for our stay through Xplore. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, nice beds, room for everyone. About a 15 walk to Shipyard beach, we rented beach chairs/umbrella for the stay (definitely do that!) 5 minute bike ride to beach but also parking for shipyard guests (make sure you have the red stamp).We will come back again….thanks!

We have been coming to HHI for 30 years, even had our own condo for 8 years. We love Shipyard, and this condo in Evian is one of the best! It's got plenty of space, great outdoor patio, updated bathrooms, and is very well stocked with everything you need. The second bedroom upstairs is huge, and there was a pack and play in the closet to use.The rental company was receptive and easy to contact. The best thing for us is they allow dogs . Our only complaint was there is no grill as pictured, but we were informed this is a new rule in Evian, not the fault of the owner or rental company. A bigger TV in the downstairs bedroom would be nice.

It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, updated bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and the peaceful outdoor patio. We're especially glad the second bedroom and pack and play came in handy. And yes, having a place that welcomes dogs can really make a vacation feel like home—we're happy we could provide that for you. We appreciate your understanding about the grill situation. The new Evian regulations have unfortunately changed what we can offer, but we’re glad that didn’t take away from your overall experience. We had a fun family beach week and the accommodations were just as advertised. Excellent location, clean, and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The property was large and had nice updated bathrooms and kitchen area. It was clean and had luggage racks which was nice to have. TV's in every room was a plus! Just finished a four night trip for a wedding on Hilton Head Island. The unit had everything we needed and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable! Will definitely consider this home again next time we visit Hilton Head Island.
