Villa - Fazio Villa 2, Palmetto Dunes

This was our second time staying at Fazio 2, for two and a half weeks! This villa is not only spacious and well-appointed, it sits on the beautiful 18th hole of the Fazio golf course, and is a short bike ride to the beach, as well as pickleball and the General Store. Our two young teens had fun being independent biking around and training for cross country on the many paths throughout PD. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue arise, and when we decided to stay longer as the unit was available the following week, they worked with us to add extra days with ease! A lovely villa in a beautiful and convenient location.

We absolutely loved our New Year’s stay at this villa. The setting overlooking the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Celebrating New Year’s here was perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet still felt special and luxurious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas and the sense of privacy, while still being close to great facilities. The attention to detail throughout the villa really stood out and made it feel like a home away from home. We loved it so much that we asked to extend our stay an additional night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway and we hope to return soon.

This was a perfect house four our family, on the golf course with a 6 minute easy walk to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, great decor and responsive management team!!

My family and I vacation in HHI every year and this year we loved where we stayed in Palmetto Dunes! A short walk to the beach, the General Store, and pickleball. Great sidewalks for riding bikes/walking/running. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location for property. I think I would be planning for a carpet replacement at some point. Also, garbage collection may need addressing. Otherwise, the property is a great one. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in order when we arrived and the ease of entry with the door code was perfect. Communication with Hilton Head Realty and Rentals were the best I've ever experienced with any rental agency, and we've been renting in HHI for 15 years. Every detail was arranged. The living room furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The beds in the condo were comfortable, especially the King bed in the main bedroom. All bathrooms were in good condition. The kitchen was adequate. Everything worked well, but it lacked in a few items. The best parts about this condo were the location and the view. It is walking distance to the tennis and Pickleball courts, the general store and the golf practice center. It is a quick bike ride to the ocean. Also, the view out the back of the condo to the Fazio Golf Course is exceptional.We enjoyed sitting on the porch and having lunch, weather permitting, while watching the golfers putt on the 18th green. We would stay here again. One thing to note: There was a slight odor when we entered the property. It was very subtle, but enough to notice. We became used to it and Eventually we didn't smell it anymore, but when our son came for a short visit, he noticed it also. We think maybe it's the carpeting, which is old and spotted and should be replaced.

The unit is designed to be open concept with spacious and well planned designs and and the finishes were excellent. The furnishings were updated and excellent choices. The view of the Fazio 18th green and beyond was gorgeous and relaxing. Definitely coming back.

Well thank goodness the A/C worked perfectly because we picked the hottest week to be on Hilton Head. The listing was exactly as posted, if not better. Brand new coffee pot, all the basics we needed to make a couple meals, even found some salt & pepper. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was a short bike ride away. Our only complaint was the crazy hot weather, and the pool and ocean were too warm to really cool off. Nothing you can do about that! We parasailed, saw a movie, tried a bunch of restaurants, went to a nature preserve and saw some gators, and of course the beach. Lovely stay.

Easy to book and great communication! Out packet arrived 2 weeks before our trip so we simply arrived on the island and went right to the villa to unpack! The unit was gorgeous w a great floor plan and view of #18 pin at the George Fazio Golf Course. Lots of ⛳️ and 🏝️ time! We will be back!!

Loved this villa. Very clean with nice updates. Great location to beach and restaurants. Bike rentals were nice to have as we enjoyed several rides late afternoon and early evening.

My husband, daughter, and I, stayed here for a week and had such a relaxing time. We ate all our meals outside on the back deck overlooking the golf course, cooked on the grill, and walked to the beach every day. Access beach through Disney Beach House and it’s not a far walk/bike ride at all. Also a really short walk to the General Store where you can get anything you need. Inside was nice and clean, great having washer an dryer. Living space was all open concept which was great. All appliances seemed brand new and clean. All furniture/beds were comfortable- except upstairs queen bed was quite wobbly as it is up on blocks to lift it. Master bedroom has views of golf course which was nice to wake up to. Take advantage of the Xplorie program they offer- free beach chairs/umbrella and bikes. My husband also did a day of golf for free. Would definitely stay again!
