Property is very nice, well decorated and maintained. Had 3 rooms with their own bathrooms along with a loft with a couple of beds. The lagoon in the back is a great place to sit and drink a morning coffee. The only small ding is that the wifi coverage wasn't great, especially in the Master bedroom. Nothing a google mesh router or something similar wouldn't easily fix though. From a location standpoint, it is an easy walk to the beach. I do recommend renting bikes to get around the rest of the property as the store, tennis/pickleball courts, and restaurants are a ways away. All in all, a very nice place and we enjoyed our vacation there.

We're thrilled to hear that the move to 7633 Huntington, worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the décor, layout, and that peaceful lagoon view — it's one of our favorite spots, too. We really appreciate the note about the Wi-Fi in the master bedroom and will definitely look into improving coverage, possibly with a mesh system as you suggested. We live in the northeast and hadn’t been back to HHI in 7 years. This was our first time staying in a condo (previously rented a house with extended family). The accommodations were perfect! Our teenage sons each had their own bedroom while my wife & I enjoyed the master BR with king sized bed. The walk / bike ride to the beach and Coligny shopping area was short and easy. And the communication with property mgmt was excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

This condo was FANTASTIC! Just as described. Corner unit on the second floor w/ elevator. An easy walk to Coligny Beach and town. Bicycle path right outside the building. 2 vehicle parking. Pool and tennis/pickleball. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable three bedrooms - 2 full baths, sitting and dining area and nice kitchen (but who cooks on vacation?). Theres also a balcony which we didn't use, overlooking trees and a stream. Great for a coffee in the AM or cold beverage in the PM. Highly recommend!

This condo was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Sometimes I find the pictures landlords post on AirBNB can be a little too 'photoshopped', but this place was as advertised. Great location, well managed and very clean. I was very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Hilton Head Properties - you can tell they are pros at what they do. I'd stay here again next time I'm in HHI, and would certainly rent any other property Hilton Head Properties manages.

This location was great! We loved walking to Coligny Plaza with all the shops and also walking to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The inside looked just like the pictures and we loved the space. Plenty of storage in all the rooms and bathrooms which is a major plus.

Condo is clean, spacious and quiet. Elevator and luggage carts were appreciated. Location was great. Reservation contract seemed cumbersome, but doable. Living room TV should be upgraded to smart TV. Luckily we brought our roku. Seems like more than one pack of dishwasher detergent could be supplied. No cleaning supplies available.

The villa was roomy and clean. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking in. Enjoyed being able to bike or walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Might be a bit of a long walk to beach if you’re lugging lots of gear, but definitely doable. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall, this property was a good vacation spot. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, and a little longer than preferred with a toddler. The property management is great, and responded quickly to the washer not starting making it hardly an inconvenience. Everything you need and want is within walking distance or a very short drive. The property was clean, and the pool area was well kept. It’s a great spot if you’re visiting the Hilton Head area for the first time. Thank you!

I had to contact customer support a few times to make changes to our reservation as well as ask a question. I always got a courteous answer in an appropriate amount of time. The condo was just as expected and very nice.

We had a great stay. Booking through VRBO was easy. Lots of info between phone calls and several emails. The only small issues we had were the code to the keypad at the condo was not included, and we had to text to ask for it, and we could have used a map or written details about where the condo was located within the building. The numbers were not visible from the outside, so we didn't know where to park and look for our room.

This three bedroom, two bath condo was perfect for our family. It was in the location I wanted to be, and it was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked in every way. The Vayk gear included in the price paid for our bicycles and some beach equipment. The pool was wonderful, and we are looking forward to playing tennis the next time we stay. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful condo.
