Welcome to our newly renovated villa, where no expense has been spared to provide you with the very best beach experience.

The villa boasts a range of upgrades, including new granite countertops, crown moldings, baseboards, and fresh paint on walls and ceilings. The kitchen has been transformed with new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and new catch-all pantry closet. The addition of ceramic tile flooring and high-end new furniture and accessories adds a touch of luxury to the space. The master bedroom now features a comfortable king mattress, accompanied by a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a private sitting area. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen mattresses, perfect for accommodating additional guests. In the living room, you'll find a brand new 65-inch flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray and DVD player, offering endless entertainment options.

The remodeled master bathroom includes an enlarged ceramic shower, providing a spa-like experience. We love staying at Sea Cloistures. Property is beautiful and landscaping is spectacular Friendly people that are full time residents/owners. Units are well maintained and if there is an issue Hilton Head Properties maintenance staff are there to solve the issue quickly. We will be back next year

Our condo was in a great location and was quiet and clean. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The pool was big enough with plenty of lounge chairs. The views from the balcony looked out at the beach. We also utilized Xplorie for our chairs and umbrella which was nice and convenient. Also took advantage of the free round of golf on a couple of the days. Everything on the island is close and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this condo. It was a nice relaxing vacation.

The place was as described and was very clean and modern. Definitely an upgrade of confidence vs. booking with Airbnb or Vrbo. I like the fact that they are managed professionally by a property management company vs. homeowners.

The unit was clean and comfortable
We were looking for a quiet get away. Your property provided just that. The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach was amazing! We came at a unique time as the complex was undergoing some renovations. You shared that up front to avoid surprises, we appreciated that very much. And, while there was work being done, we didn't really feel that. Kudos to the crew performing the work. The unit itself was very much as advertised and we cannot point to any specific areas where we were let down. The team who prepares and cares for your complex should be complimented. Finally, from reservation to checkout, your team provided everything we needed. Happy to say, we have starred your property for a future visit.

Good Stay, except
The property is well located and very nice. I would consider staying there again. My issue is that I used Xplorie for a wagon and beach supplies, however there is no direct access from the property to get the wagon to the beach. I tried to cancel the Xplorie wagon and supplies but was not allowed to cancel. I never used the items. Guests should be warned about the lack of direct beach access for a wagon. The sunset cruise that I booked from Xplorie was supposed to have a bar and restroom. It had neither and was tiny, nothing like the picture. Fortunately I was reimbursed for the cruise since we did not go. The bikes we rented were supposed to have baskets. They did not. Xplorie has some issues they need to correct.

Cleanest condo I've ever stayed in!
My mom and I took a trip to visit family who live in Savannah. While the drive back and forth was a bit long for us, this was by far the cleanest condo/rental I have ever stayed in! That alone makes the 1 hour drive to Savannah worth it. Would definitely rent from this company again. Communication was great and they were all very friendly. Condo was perfect for 2 of us with room to spare.

Excellent Stay
We loved the decor in 203 and it's location on the second floor, which allowed us to use the stairs instead of the elevator all week. Still had a great view. Everything in the unit functioned well.

Perfect-5!
We loved the 203 Sea Cloisters apartment. Our stay there was a spontaneous trip we took because my husband just recently was undergoing brain tumor removal and is starting cancer treatment next week. The doctors told us, if we wanted to go on vacation we should do it right away. Sea cloisters stood out to us! Its ocean views and cleanliness of the unit were outstanding. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental unit. In short, our kids and us loved every minute of our stay. We hope and pray, that we will be able to come back and enjoy making more memories in this beautiful environment. Felt like a home away from home :) The Webers. Hans, Silke, Colin & Marie
