Nice play to stay
The property was in very good condition - just as pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. Our granddaughter loved the pool each day after the beach! We did end up driving to the beach each day (we were able to park at Disney's beach house...there's a section of parking for non guests) because it was just too far to walk with all of our beach gear. We took advantage of the adult bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. Great vacation!

Nice townhome with lots of windows with views of the golf course. Deck is enclosed so we could sit outside with our dog. Decent pool, never got too busy. It’s a good half mile walk to the beach, so next I would drive there as my dog was already panting with the hot weather.

Great Condo on the golf course
Thank you for Sharing your beautiful condo!! This was our first time in Hilton Head, and have heard so much about i. The Condo at Turnberry 227 on the 17th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course was perfect. The condo had plenty of room for our family with 4 adults. Everything was exactly as promised and share in the booking info. We used the kitchen and outdoor grill for all our meals. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Great way to get away. We enjoyed exploring the island's, beaches, shops and many bike paths. We also used Xplor!e for bike rentals, golf and Beach equipment. HH Properties, thank you for all the help and information. The communication, with all the details we would need was provide well in advance of our visit. I have worked with other property management companies, but Hilton Head Properties is one of the best. Much better then the well know larger companies. Thanks again for everything! The Riley's

This was our second year in a row booking a rental property through this rental management company. We have been consistently impressed with their professional, friendly, rapid response to everything. This was our second year of booking a rental in Palmetto Dunes with this company but in a different rental from last year (which we loved also but was booked for this year). However I think we enjoyed this year's property, Turnberry Villa-227 even better. We loved the rental itself, the decor, space and cleanliness and the neighbourhood it was situated in. We also enjoyed having the xplorie activities attached to this rental and this was a huge reason for booking with this company. We would definitely look to booking here again in the future and I give it the highest review possible.
