This condo was just as described, beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds and couches were comfortable and the view to the ocean was amazing. The Hilton Head property management team ( especially Mary Rose) was so professional and responded quickly to every question. The month flew by. I wish we didn't have to leave.

We had a grest time at this condo, just a few minutes walk to the beach and directly next to the pool. The space was well maintained, updated, and the ocean was partially visible. I would certainly stay here again and was pleased with the accomindations and frequent communication from the host.

5th floor views were worth the ride up to a perfect room. Got to watch an amazing lightning show way out in the ocean from the room. Watched the grazing deer at sunset and saw the turtles early at sun up laying eggs. Did I say the beach is breathtaking? Oh yes it was.

We really enjoyed this property. It is very clean and up to date. There were 7 of us on a girls trip and we had plenty of room. The condo is on the top floor so the view is very nice of the ocean and the pool. Both the pool and the beach are a very short walk. We enjoyed it very much and wished we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Windsor Place II 2513 was wonderful. From the minute we walked in to the very clean and wide open condo we were super impressed. The view of the ocean from the 5th floor balcony sold us on another visit next year. Everything we needed for our 2 week plus stay was available. And the condo was well furnished. The master bath was very nice, and the bench in there was very well thought out. The beds in the master and guest rooms were very comfortable, as was all the furniture in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee gift waiting for us, as well as the Valentines gift left at our door during our stay were nice touches too!

Our condo choice for a girlfriend reunion in Hilton Head couldn't have been better! The beautiful condo and perfect weather combined to make our get-together ideal. The Palmetto Dunes condo is located close to many lovely shops and restaurants but its close proximity to the beach was the thing we liked the most!! We could see (and hear!) the ocean from the 5th floor balconies (2 of them!) and a very short walk later, we were actually on the beach! We walked the beach every day—sometimes both morning and evening. It was pure heaven! The condo itself was spotless and beautiful, while still being so comfortable and homey. We also enjoyed being on the top floor because of the stunning views and the tranquility. It was extremely quiet except for the birds and other sounds of nature. We chose the perfect place for our reunion and when we left to go our separate ways—we vowed to return!

Wonderfully updated and well-maintained condo with views of both the pool and beach! Convenient beach access, and the pool was great for kids. Very accessible amenities with great deals available through the management company. The property was very conveniently located for the activities within Palmetto Dunes but also very accessible to the rest of the island. It was a perfect place for our first beach vacation as a family of four!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. With two small children the access to the pool and the beach could not be beat. We didn’t have to leave at all since there was a full kitchen. We actually booked another trips for October before we even left!

We highly recommend this condo! It is spacious, cheerfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The beds are comfortable, including the pull-out couch, which has a thick extra pad for comfort. The kitchen table is large, with ample space for six when we decided to eat in. The two decks are great for eating breakfast or enjoying coffee or a drink while overlooking the pool area and of course the ocean. (The view of the pool area from the deck is especially pretty at night.) The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and supplies we needed, including a mixer, Tupperware, and baking sheets that allowed us to bake and store holiday cookies. The Windsor II's location is excellent; it is oceanside and has a community pool and hot tub. We rented bikes and kept them in the parking garage, which allowed quick access to biking either on the beach or the many nice biking paths in Palmetto Dunes. We have been visiting Hilton Head over the holidays for years, typically staying in Sea Pines, and this is the first year we stayed in Palmetto Dunes, which we thought was beautiful and relaxing. The rental company was very helpful in answering our questions. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was great, and we had a wonderful week of vacation. The only thing that could have been a major issue was that the door code got shut off too early. I brought a load of things to the car at about 9:20 on Saturday morning, and when I came back, the door code would not work. This would have been a disaster if my whole family had been out of the condo. But fortunately, the kids were still inside and open the door for me.

The property lived up to its listing. The grounds were well-maintained. Easy access to a very beautiful clean beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked with quality dishes and cookware. Only major issue was the door code, but the after-hours staff was very helpful getting it resolved within 25 minutes. The tree cover around the pool area cast much of the sunning chairs in the shade. But the beach is so close it was not a big deal. Would highly recommend. And I will definitely stay here again.

Further, the Cindi was beautiful. Well maintained, nicely decorated, spacious and great beach views. As others have noted, the kitchen is well equipped. My daughter, our family chef, was impressed and prepared several gourmet meals. However, Vacasa was terrible. Through their mistakes, we spent 5 hours (!!) stuck outside anc locked out - ruining a full afternoon, and watching our groceries sit outside in the corridor. We called Vacasa repeatedly, spent 20-25 minutes on hold each time, only to see Vacasa fail to resolve the issue and we’d have to call back again. We’ve rented from lots of rental companies in HHI - Vacasa has been the WORST. Never again!

This was our family's first time visiting Hilton Head and we couldn't have had a better introduction than staying in Palmetto Dunes at this condo. The area is beautiful and we loved that we had a gated entrance to the area. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice (the master is to die for). We loved having the Keurig, and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, etc. that you would need. One nice feature is that the guest bedroom has access to the balcony and a view. Also, the guest area has a door that can be closed for privacy (the guest bathroom, closet and bedroom). The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pool area is beautiful as well as the beach. We had dinner at several great restaurants. We would definitely return to this condo!

This is a very nice and modern condo. The location is right on the beach but is still shaded in The trees and shrubs that make Hilton Head unique. The condo is clean and very well maintained. This was our first time staying in this particular unit in the Windsor Collection of Condos. We love the location and found this condo very comfortable with everything you would need for your vacation. The unit is very nicely decorated, has great views and was immaculate! I wish that it could be rented for stays between 7 and 14 days! Would definitely consider returning!! Also good rental company (very responsive) with which to work! Thanks for a great week, D & B

We celebrated my 65th Birthday at this beautiful condo! Perfect! Loved the views from the living room & both balconies! Bed was very comfy & the kitchen had everything we needed even a Kuerig coffee maker! Will definitely stay again!

Our family stayed in this unit for a week and had a great time. The unit is spacious and well-furnished, and the pool and beach access are great. Our kids cried when it was time to pack up and go home!

Unit 2513 is is fantastic! It is well-maintained and has an updated look and feel. The beds are comfortable, too! The only negatives are with the property management company. They don't provide enough towels and wash cloths (one each for the unit's capacity). In addition, there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed (second year in a row this has happened). Also, the checkout time is at 10:00 AM. Our lock code was deactivated at 9:50 AM. Thank goodness one of us was still in the unit before gathering our last load. Also, be prepared to battle the housekeepers for the elevator and bell carts the morning of your departure (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM). On a positive note, the microwave died during our stay and the management company had it replaced within 24 hours. Finally, the community outdoor grills need to be better maintained. Both ignitors were broken and the internal components were corroded and needed to be cleaned out.

My sister and I and 2 of our dearest girlfriends (all in our 60's) just spent an amazing week in this beautiful unit. Everything was perfect (the unit is exactly as described), views are breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach and pool is literally less than 5 minutes. Very relaxing week from our hectic lives and a great time to catch up and create new memories. We would highly recommend this property.

My wife Barb and I have been coming to Hilton Head each year for many years. One is always dreaming of the perfect vacation and this year is as close to perfect as we have ever had. One key ingredient that made this the almost perfect vacation was the accomodations we stayed in. Last year, we had the opportunity to meet the owners and view this property. The first words out of our mouth were "WOW'. The unit is so nicely decorated, yet very comfortable, and the view is the best we have ever had since staying in the Palmetto Dunes area. Luxury at its' best. Upon entering the unit, we were welcomed with a nice note and welcoming bottle of wine. Have never felt so special. Barb and I strongly recommend spending your Hilton Head Vacation in this unit. We will be returning.

The unit is newly updated, with very comfortable furniture and amenities. The beds are amazingly comfortable and provide a great night's sleep (I would love to get a set for my home). The views are magnificent, and the unit has direct and easy access to the pool and beach. There is plenty to do in the area for children and adults, and area restaurants offer fine dining at affordable prices. My only regret is that I did not bring my golf clubs with me, as there are a number of terrific courses in the area. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for me upon my arrival -- a very nice touch from the owner! I highly recommend this rental unit.

Thank you so much for your review!! We purchased Windsor 2513 close to 2 years ago and completely gutted and started over. It has been a pleasure to own this condo. We are so excited that you enjoyed it as much as we do. We do hope that you will stay with us again for many years to come! Next time, don't forget the golf clubs :)
