Beautiful pet friendly condo with an ocean view. Cleanest place I have ever stayed with my pet. Typically, I have to go in and clean because pet friendly rentals are not the best. We were so pleased with everything about this place. Great location and the patio had a beautiful view with great seating. Perfect for our morning coffee and evening reading. It’s only a partial ocean view but the grounds are just beautiful. We even saw deer walking thru. So many people had their pets but we never heard any barks and everyone cleaned up after them. It was just a perfect stay all around.

We loved the Barrington complex within Palmetto Dunes. The third floor unit gave us a great view of the pool and ocean from our porch. The unit itself was clean and nice: adequate for our stay. We enjoyed the voucher for miniature golf, bike rental and beach chair/umbrella rental. We would have liked access to a gym since the weather was somewhat inclement. The guest book with restaurant suggestions etc. was very helpful. Overall, we'd rent here again for sure!

We had a delightful stay at 309 Barrington Ct. The view was beautiful the place was clean. Everything was convenient. We did end up walking to the beach entrance next door to take advantage of their full ramp entrance to the beach. Great place

This unit is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool and fountains, and with a partial ocean view. ( Make sure shower sprays away from curtain, water tends to come out). The deck is a highlight as it is in the shade in the afternoon.

Everything was great! I had to buy vinegar and clean the coffee pot, but that was my only complaint. Just remember it’s not your house.

We enjoyed staying in 309 however I think it could stand being updated. There were holes in the lower walls of the closet. Dust on pictures and around baseboards. The pillows were cold and orange. The mattress was uncomfortable. We didn't cook and only used two glasses, two cups and one bowl that I cleaned and put away . The recliner wasn't very clean and felt unstable to operate. I covered the sofa with my blanket as my Yorkie was on it. The view was nice and location is great. The services of the company were excellent .

The flat was great, clean and ready. There may be something wrong with the fridge, there was water on the top shelf and I couldn't figure out where it came from. Everything else was great.

Location, view, pool, beach, garage, and property grounds itself is amazing!! The unit itself is clean and cute, but very out of date. Patio is great. Pet and Child friendly villa complex!! Bathrooms need to be remodeled. One nice thing was locker access in the garage. The property management company does not know the locker exists, from a renter is does. Nice to drop gear off close to beach pier. Pool is nice, but was crowded at times. Toilet is very loud. Can not say enough about the grounds of palmetto dunes, absolutely stunning. Because this is a villa of renters, many smokers linger outside and stink up the place. Nice option for beachgoers!

Really enjoyed the home. It was quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful. Easy access to beach and pool. Loved the balcony. I do think the place needs some updated lighting especially in the bedroom. The current lamps were dark and not cutting it. Overall I would rent this unit again.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute, summer vacation. I had visited HHI a few times many years ago but my wife has never been there. Previously, I stayed with a golfer buddy who lived in HHI. The buddy no longer lives in HHI but recommended that we stay in Palmetto Dunes. I logged onto VRBO with my wifes only requirement being an OceanFront property. This condo #309 at Barrington Court Building was the first listing to pop up. We literally booked it without looking at anything else because we’re just tired and neither wanted to spend or had the time to reaearch... We dont normally book vacations this was so we were hoping for the best. Well, 2 weeks later my wife, myself and our 18 month old daughter pulled into Palmetto Dunes. Its a gorgeous, peaceful almost 2 mile drive to the condo. Its also great for family bike rides and walks. This 1 Bedroom Condo is clean and spacious. Great colors make the condo so bright and feels like a dream in the mornings... as good as life gets...There are immaculately clean maintained and landscaped grounds around the building / community in general. Great pool and walk right to our private, perfect beach. We are very pleased with our stay and both agree we’d love to return in the future. Our only complaint is about the mattress for the king size bed. It is bad, springs in your back, etc NEED NEW MATTRESS. We are giving 4.5 Stars....but get new mattress and will really be the 5 Stars showing here (-:. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your condo and had a wonderful beach vacation! The condo is equipped with everything you need, including beach towels! The balcony over looks the scenic gardens with the ocean in the distance. Very peaceful to sit out and listen to the waves. We would definitely reserve this condo again and also highly recommend Barrington Arms / Court to anyone looking for a fabulous beach vacation!

We have been enjoying Hilton Head for years now and this condo could not have been more perfect for us! The property is peaceful and beautiful.
