Our family had a lovely stay in Hilton Head. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch and were happy to have our dog along. We had great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the free beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and boat rides. We arrived an hour early and were able to get in. Place was clean. We were close to the pool and beach and corner store. Just had to travel a mile to get out to main street. Overall great! Only negative could use nicer bath towels

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottages! I was amazed by the location. Centrally located on the island, easy access to the Shipyard beach and very, very close to the pool. Walkable to lots of food and shops and a quick drive to anything else you may need. The cottage itself was very well maintained and clean. It has everything you may need - they do give you a heads up that you may need to buy some extras if you are there for a long stay which I appreciated. Check-in and check out were very easy as well. I am already looking forward to our next stay!

Quality Service and Quality Accomadations. Would recommend and definately rebook Second bedroom twin beds starting to show age, and we still slept well. Very clean and the neighbors that we met were all very nice. Thanks, great vacation .

Great townhome for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very attentive and responsive Property Mgmt Company. Too far for us to bike to the beach, but the beach club was perfect for parking and walking. Would definitely stay again!

Management was very nice, called me to give instructions and told us to call if there was anything we needed. I loved that there we extra linens and towels in the closet. This is one of the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The location is close to many amenities on the island. The interior is nicely done- with that beach feel we were looking for. The condo seems brand new from the inside. Parking directly in front of the unit was always available.

This newly renovated condo was just perfect for our week long getaway! It was immaculate, bright, and comfortable! In the mornings, we loved to sit on the patio, have coffee, and keep an eye out for the resident alligator that likes to hang out across the lagoon! The beautiful beach was literally a 2 minute drive. On the beach we found a live sand dollar, a starfish, saw dolphin and a breathtaking sunrise! There are so many yummy restaurants within biking or driving distance away. The worst part was trying decide where to go! We spent one day site seeing in Savannah, GA which is a must and only about 1 hour drive from the condo. LOT'S of fun shopping by the water and 2 outlet malls! HIGHLY recommend!! :)

THE PLACE IS LIGHT AND WELL DECORATED. IT FUNCTIONS VERY WELL. IT HAS EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS TO BE COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THE VIEW OUT THE BACK TO THE GOLF COURSE IS PLEASANT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SPEND TIME IN HILTON HEAD.

My daughter and I rented in this villa for one full month in January into early February of 2016, while we attended the nearby Hilton Head Health Institute. This villa is super clean, nicely renovated, lots of room, pretty views, nicely appointed kitchen (we did some cooking), new appliances including washer/dryer and stove/oven/microwave and dishwasher, living room is bright (when you open the shades) with new, comfortable furniture. Nice back deck, picnic table, views of the Shipyard golf course and the waterway, plenty of parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and half bath are on the first floor. The bedrooms are both on the second floor, with the master bedroom with king bed toward the back and the second bedroom with two twin beds toward the front, and each bedroom has its own very nice bathroom. A very nice layout. The property manager (Hilton Head Properties) and our contact there Darcey did an excellent job of making sure that all our needs were fulfilled, answered questions quickly, provided all the amenities (towels, complimentary bag of Starbucks Breakfast Blend coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper goods, full compliment of plates and glasses and silverware). We arranged with them for housekeeping service halfway through our stay, and the housekeepers did a beautiful and thorough job. My only very minor issue is that the villas in this complex (The Cottages) were not originally designed for winter use, I think, so when January temperatures reached down to 30 degrees the first floor of the villa was a little drafty even though the heat was running full blast. But we just threw on sweatshirts and we were fine, and this would only affect someone on an especially cold day in the dead of winter (like us). This villa is just a short drive from grocery stores, drugstores, miniature golf, movie theaters, and much much more, in addition to being just 2 blocks from Hilton Head Health. It's a beautiful area, with birds and lovely trees and biking trails. I have stayed in three different villas here in The Cottages during the various years I've come to visit Hilton Head Health, and this one is the best I've been in. I would highly recommend this villa, and when I return to Hilton Head in the future, I will definitely try to book this same villa again. Thanks to the owners and property manager for a lovely stay!
