Welcome to the spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the fourth floor of the Windsor Place building in Hilton Head Island. This exceptional vacation villa offers ocean breezes, granite countertops in the kitchen, brand-new appliances, along with stylish and up-to-date furniture throughout.

As you enter, you'll immediately be drawn to the open living areas that provide stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room and guest bedroom both have slider doors that lead to the balcony, allowing you to sit back, relax, and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing ocean views.  The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, offering its occupants a peaceful night's sleep with tranquil views of the water. The master bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. It provides a luxurious setting where you can indulge in a soothing bath or freshen up in style. 

The guest bedroom is equipped with two full-sized beds, making it an ideal space for additional guests or children. It has convenient access to the hallway bathroom, which features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Great Vacation Rental
We stayed at 407 Windsor place, and it was Fantastic!! Hilton Head Properties was wonderful to work with in setting up this rental and the place was very clean and stocked up with your everyday amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the frogs sound off in the evening. The location being in Plantation Dunes has many things to do along with being centrally located on the Island which makes it easy to get anywhere on the Island rather quickly. We love HH and this place was definitely somewhere that we would consider staying again.

We had a spectacular stay and loved the condo. It is beautifully decorated and well furnished. Every wall had a wonderful piece of art that we enjoyed day after day. The condo had a well-equipped kitchen; roomy bathrooms and; great view of the ocean. HHP staff were very helpful.
