Villa - Hampton Place 5102, Palmetto Dunes

Had beautiful weather and a beautiful condo for the week. We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is the best condo we have had. We had an issue with the air but the team had it fixed within 4 hours after we called. By the time we finished on the beach and ate our condo was cold.

The unit is beautiful. It’s larger than expected. Perfect layout for family if 4, master is on the opposite side of unit from twin bedroom.
We had fun with the smart fridge panel and the fancy master toilet- won’t spoil the surprise.
The balcony is small and view is mediocre but quiet.
The pool is fine- does the truck b it no frills. Proximity to the beach is really great and the free amenities are questionable values
Bikes were meh condition but that beach chairs really came in handy!
So close to the tennis courts! Would be SO nice to have a tennis game included as an amenity.

You are welcomed with a neatly organized kitchen, a stunning view from both balconies, and a beach vibe. The clean kitchen is provided with everything from silverware, to dish soap and many items in between. The washing machine and dryer are very easy to operate. Both restrooms in this villa were spotless and shower products like soap and shampoo were provided for you. Both bedrooms were very spacious, clean, and the view from the balconies are gorgeous. The living room was very cozy and stocked with many games. The pool area is very quiet, calming, and relaxing with the adult pool, main pool, and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay and it is very family friendly. I definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Hampton Place in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and check-in was easy thanks to clear, detailed instructions. The villa itself is beautifully designed. It is full of natural light, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The open-concept kitchen features high-end appliances and a clean, minimal aesthetic that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The two-bedroom layout worked perfectly for us. The primary suite includes a spa-like bathroom and a private balcony, while the second bedroom with twin beds was also very comfortable. The bedrooms are separated by the central living space, allowing for plenty of privacy. The amenities were a true highlight. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with lots of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. There were also convenient outdoor showers and hoses for rinsing off sand after a beach visit. The beach was gorgeous and just a short, easy walk from the villa. There was plenty of parking right near the unit, which made everything even easier. Overall, this villa was a perfect oasis. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying here with another couple. The villa was very comfortable for 4 people with 2 spacious bedrooms/bathrooms each with their own private balcony, where we started each day with coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for meals we ate in, and the surrounding town offered fabulous restaurants for time away from the beach. The beach, gym, and pool were within steps of the villa and immaculately maintained. The included bikes were great for exploring the many miles of trails. We will certainly be returning to this oasis!

This unit incredible. Beautifully furnished. All linens, towels, etc were included. We had a wonderful week enjoying the grounds, ocean view, especially the deer that visited us daily. Property is very well maintained. Honestly, this vacation was a dream come true.

This unit is a beautifully appointed spacious 2 bedroom with lovely views of ocean. The unit has everything you need, comfortable beds, all you need in the kitchen, beach chairs to utilize and towels as well.
