The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a king bed, double closets, and a private en-suite bath. Upstairs are two bright guest bedrooms with flexible bedding and an updated shared bathroom. There's also a convenient half bath on the main level.
Just a short bike ride or walk to the beach, this villa is located near golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, outfitters, and bike trails. Enjoy access to the Queens Grant community pool, and take advantage of everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer—without ever needing your car!
