Villa - Barrington Park 602, Palmetto Dunes

We had the best time at Barrington Park this past week. The kitchen was fully staffed with all items needed. I had even brought items from home, but I tucked those away in the pantry. There was ample room for storage, closet and drawer space. We loved the fact we could walk out to the bikes and car without using an elevator. The weather was perfect for being on the beach and riding bikes. The condo was perfect in the location and layout!

Very nice condo, listing and photos are accurate. Clean and roomy and very convenient to the pool and the beach. We had a little neighbor noise from the upstairs units. Would stay again.

Great place as described, and photos match the condo condition. We like this location because it is further from busier hotel areas of Palmetto Dunes, but not removed. Easy access on first floor to park directly outside, clean and well appointed. What we would expect having stayed in this area a lot. Communication was great with resort host and easy access to car tags in plantation vs. driving to an office somewhere else on the island. Note that you have to sign your life away with contracts they email to you directly after booking through Airbnb. This is typical of all other HHI rental companies. I thought it was a great place for a long weekend if you need three bedrooms. Pillows were super thin and flat, so bring your own if that would be a problem for you. Would book again.

My family and I stayed for a week in September with our golden retriever. The condo was very convenient to the beach and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The property is very pet friendly with easy access to take our my dog. The people were also very welcoming of pets on the property.

This location worked so well with our group. There were two kids who loved bouncing back and forth from the pool to the beach, and quick access back to the house for snack breaks. The xplorie app was a great addition! We got two free bikes and umbrella/chairs for the week, which was very helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The communication with the company was the best that we have ever had. We really enjoyed the voucher for the vacay gear. The communication regarding needing a change with the smoke detector was excellent, and someone was out within the hour of us calling. Love the location. We spent 2 weeks during the Holidays and had a marvelous trip. The unit was spacious and very well appointed. We had a minor issue with stove related to pans not working with the inductive stove, but they sent someone over right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this property is perfectly located. We saw many others lugging beach gear for quite a distance, but not us! Extremely clean and comfortable, more than enough room for our family of 5 and dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again for our next beach getaway!

We loved staying at this villa! It is in walking distance of the beach and pool. We took our wagon, and there was one entry where there was a ramp, which made that process even easier. We were able to find our own space in each bedroom with the TVs that were there. The company called to let us know that our place was ready early, which was unexpected and a nice surprise! The communication was excellent. We would love to stay at this same place again!

We couldn't have asked for a better week! This property is gorgeous and well maintained. Decorated beautifully, kitchen well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. We loved the back porch overlooking the pond and it was a nice short walk to the beach and pool. The property manager was excellent and even called early to tell us our property was ready. That was huge after traveling 11 hours with 3 kids!! :) We also appreciated the credit for the beach gear/bikes as we were traveling with a packed van so that helped tremendously! We can't wait to return!

This was a well needed getaway for our family! We really enjoyed the location of this property The property and grounds were well maintained, clean and secluded, and beaches were not crowded. The only suggestion would be some updates to the kitchen appliances and kitchen gadgets/cookware, as we were limited. Overall, highly recommended!

I stayed in this unit with my husband, two kids, and mom. We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect-- a short, pretty walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded in front of Barrington, so we felt very comfortable. The included bike rentals were a great bonus. There are bike paths everywhere, so we got around Palmetto Dunes entirely on bikes. It was a relaxing and fun place to visit. The landscaping is really beautiful throughout Palmetto Dunes.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! Only complaint is the grills were far away from unit and charcoal only. If posted on site, I missed it. Would have liked to know ahead of time so I could buy charcoal. Think gas grills are better option for vacationers.

The area was very nice. If you are looking for a vacation were everything is in a close proximity then Hilton head is the place for you. Easy access to the beach, pool and restaurants. Bike path covers the whole island so it is a definite must.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is central on the island and perfect for any activity you want to do. The condo is in a great spot in the resort with a very short and easy walk to the pool and the beach. The condo is very well appointed with all the things anyone would need for a fabulous beach vacation. Our only suggestion would be to add some area rugs to the rooms. We loved it so much we are already planning our trip for next year!

This place was super nice! Very quiet and private. Nicely decorated, comfy beds, very roomy, easy walk to beach and area of beach is not heavily populated. Very wide beach front too. Was convenient having bikes already rented and in place. Eat at Watusi’s for breakfast and Charlies’s for dinner. Would definitely return!

This villa is perfectly located on the island and inside of Palmetto Dunes. A short walk (2 minutes) to the pool and beach, and a 5 minute drive to several grocery stores. The villa had been very nicely and comfortably updated to include beautiful furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the pond and fountain every evening. We will definitely return.

We had such a great time here! The Condo was So cute , very clean ! There were so many touches that just made us feel special. We LOVED the shower!! The walk to beach or pool was so short we felt like we lived right on it. We had bikes delivered and rode them each day which made each day a new adventure! I stayed in 602 Barrington for a month. It is a lovely, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated condo. I enjoyed the location overlooking a water feature with fountain. The large sunny windows and porch overlooking this feature were delightful. The walk to the beach is short and very attractive. I also appreciated that the pool was open and heated in March.
