Comfy beds, plenty of clean linens, full size ironing board, extra portable fans for your night stand or wherever you'd need them, games for adults and kids, nice, big beach towels(about 8) and let's talk about the WATER PRESSURE in this place...WOW...and the accommodating hosts. We enjoyed ourselves so much we added an extra day with a simple text.

We enjoyed ourselves so much we added an extra day with a simple text. One or two of the toilet seats need to be replaced. They're chipped and just worn out. There's also an opening to probably pipes or storage in one of the upstairs bedrooms that needs to be better secured. Those are truly the only two things that weren't great in this location. Would definitely stay again.

Great Palmetto Dunes location with close proximity to pickleball, tennis, golf and general store. Relatively close to beach. Nice layout for vacation regarding kitchen, dining room, living room, master on main with 2 sinks, shower and toilet, and also a half bath. Nice size tv and sound system in living room, good internet/wifi for TV and our mobile devices. Interesting though having to use 3 remotes. Plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs master with king sharing a full size bathroom with 3rd bedroom. Great for our son and his family to stay upstairs. So happy they were dog friendly which made it almost perfect. Would have liked closer to the beach especially for 2 of our family member, but still easy walk for the rest. Pool view was neutral and thankfully pool too busy or noisy. Nice to have so much shared grassy area out back for dogs. NOTE: Walk is .6 miles from Villa to the Dunes House which is beach access then you walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Property Manager responded quickly to questions. We didn't have any problems.

Queens Grant #602 is fabulous! Very spacious, well laid out and clean (& I'm a clean freak). Very well stocked kitchen! Bake a cake, store your left overs, or host a party. We did need a tea pot, though. Awesome location to the pool with large deck and patio table, cushions were appreciated. Easy drive to Dune House, for beach parking. The Villa was well decorated and stocked with all the comforts of home! Best iron I've ever used! Upstairs king bed is very bouncy. As always, HHP R&R we're great! Wonderful communication and support! Can't wait to book with them, again soon! Cheers!

Our family of seven adults had a wonderful stay at this property. (one slept downstairs on sofa pull out) The kitchen is fully stocked. Ice machine was able to keep up. Purchased bags of ice at the General Store for the beach cooler. We have stayed at Queen's Grant and in several homes in the Pametro Dunes area over the years. This unit is just as nice as any house in the area. We appreciated the seating in this home where all could sit at the table and the living room with plenty of room. Thank you for opening this home up to share with families. The updates are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our week with our family.

This Villa has a good layout for 3 generations to stay. Children can go to bed while the adults are comfortable in the living room. Large deck with table and grill. Pool just behind the unit. Easy bike ride to both Shelter Cove and the beach.

We really enjoyed this unit. The proximity to the pool is great; like having your own pool without the maintenance - just steps away from the deck. The unit is nicely decorated; the kitchen is equipped well for family dinners; beach towels and toys available for use; and very clean. Unfortunately there was a problem in the unit with the hot water heater and ceiling leakage. The property manager was on top of it immediately- although I thought I left home repairs at home! It was resolved quickly and professionally. I look forward to our next opportunity to stay here. Thanks to the owners for sharing.

We stayed here in late June, early July. Accommodations as expected. We did not use pool though many did. Grill super nice. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plenty of towels. Location was great as it was close to entrance. Trek to beach, but it was what we expected. Great house for adult children and us!

Our family of 6, which includes our dog, found the property perfect for our beach trip. The pool was conveniently located just outside our back door. The beach was a 15 minute leisurely walk but we made the process easier by parking our car and beach gear near the Dunes House early in the morning. The grocery was a 5 minute drive and there’s a convenient store a short 5 minute walk as well. The villa came equipped with a couple of beach chairs and beach toys. Overall, we are very happy with the stay.

Our family of eight enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the pool and beach, the ease of biking through the resort (and bike paths surrounding the resort), cleanliness of the villa and other amenities close by all contributed to our perfect family vacation. We stayed in this beautiful unit for 10 days. It was perfect. Completely updated with a very well-equipped kitchen. Every appliance worked beautifully and seemed brand new. The beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. The walk-in showers were luxurious! Awesome water pressure. Also, there was a lovely spacious deck off of the living room and master bedroom. Perfect for dinner and cocktails or even just lounging. This unit is also steps away from the pool. Steps! The unit felt very private but in close distance to general store, tennis center, bike path, etc. For reference, we were five adults and one pooch. The men golfed during the day while the ladies biked and jogged and visited the beach/pool. In the evening we gathered on the deck and relaxed and grilled dinner. The grill is electric and we had no issues using it. The owners of this unit thought of every detail!

The colors were very appealing and soothing. The unit was furnished with high end appliances and kitchen supplies, and not having to bring beach/pool towels was very helpful. We used the washer and dryer and dishwasher several times throughout our stay. Very convenient location to the pool, beach, and shopping. I highly recommend this rental.

This was a great place, beautifully decorated and clean. A little far from the beach with very limited parking. A must is renting bikes or walking to the beach, but it's a pretty far walk in the hot humid summer; however, the unit is steps way from the pool. Quiet atmosphere - "lights out at 10pm" so if you are looking to relax this is it.

The villa was nicely decorated and furnished. It was very well equipped with every necessity. The only suggestion would be to furnish a crock pot. Meals can be prepared in the morning and you can leave for the day. Location in palmetto dunes is very nice. Private yet convenient to pool and general store. Loved our stay in 602

This condo was truly exceptional. You feel right at home as you walk into this spacious and completely renovated vacation get-away. From a kitchen with all of your cooking utensils and tools supplied, to the outdoor grill on a lovely deck with patio furniture (right next to the complex pool), you never have to leave for a meal, if you you don’t want. The condo is clean, light, and well laid-out for families with the master on the first floor with a huge walk-in shower and newly designed bathroom. The second floor bodes 2 good-sized bedrooms with a jack and hulk bathroom (also newly renovated). If you do decide to venture out, you are just a few minutes from the beach, shopping, and fantastic local eats (definitely go to the Seashack for amazing, fresh seafood!) This condo is truly a gem and will surpass all your vacation needs. Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Book now, you won’t regret it.
