We had a great stay here, plenty of space and accessories for everyone. The condo is a ten minute walk to the general store and bike/kayak rental place. The entire property is very well thought out, and the Dunes Buggy service that takes you all over the property and nearby for free was a major perk. We would definitely come back!

Beautifully decorated villa, we loved our stay here. Great location, just a short bike ride to the beach, the General Store and all other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. The beds were very comfortable, the back deck was great and the primary bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.

First visit to HH in years and we weren’t disappointed. From the first written communications until departure the visit was perfect. Our Villa was spotless and comfortable. The Villa was well stocked and there were ample towels for bathrooms and beach use. The hose on the deck made cleaning beach items easy. The Dune Buggy service was amazing. Made trips to the beach and restaurants easy and stress free. The drivers were very pleasant. The grounds were clean and well manicured. Would definitely go back.

We stayed at this property for almost 6 weeks with our 2 small dogs. We love Palmetto Dunes as a mid-island location where everything is convenient. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including newer appliances in the kitchen. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable and the primary bath was spacious. With the exception of the living room furniture, which could use an update, everything in the condo was newer and very nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family's stay at this three-bedroom vacation home in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, was truly a delight. Upon arrival, we were immediately embraced by a welcoming atmosphere that flawlessly combined spaciousness with an inviting coziness—a sensation that felt like an instant extension of our own home. This condo served as the perfect retreat for our group, offering ample room for relaxation and leisure. The kids were thrilled with the upstairs bunk room, while the expansive, inviting kitchen became our central hub for lively card games and memorable evenings. The interior boasted tasteful furnishings and a modern kitchen that enhanced every moment spent indoors. Whether we were preparing a family feast or leisurely enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck, this rental truly embodied the essence of a cherished home away from home. Location-wise, it's a paradise in every sense. The close proximity to the pool, tennis courts, pickleball, golf top tracer, and various amenities made our stay incredibly convenient. We particularly appreciated the General Store's proximity, just a short walk away, and the quick drive to Shelter Cove for all our needs. Navigating Hilton Head Island was effortless, thanks to nearby bike paths, and accessing the two main beach entrances was equally hassle-free. While we chose biking each day, it's worth noting the easy access for those opting to drive to the two main parking entrances. The icing on the cake was the Dunes House, situated right on the beach, offering exceptional food and refreshments that added to the overall delight and convenience of our stay. We fell head over heels for this place. Impeccably clean, meticulously cared for—it exceeded our expectations. Undoubtedly, we're already planning our return to Hilton Head, and this vacation home will be our top choice without hesitation.

We enjoyed our experience. The unit is as advertised with appliances and furnishings that are reasonable for updated rentals. The price for the size was really great, and the fact that dogs were allowed was critical. The home had everything we needed and was really conveniently located to the general store and beach access, and to get out and about during the day. Xplorie was a nice surprise inclusion. Communication was awesome and maintenance was quick to respond to a request. We had 2 cars and parking wasn't a problem unless we were the last group back in the little parking area for the villa. The pools aren't really super kid appealing. One is under construction, and the one we had access to was kind of green. We would have enjoyed some better cared for deck furniture for the unit. Smoke came through both adjacent units and really ruined our overall experience though... it was really truly disappointing. Even our cars smelled like smoke today after driving home yesterday. We have never been here so we didn't really know the difference between Sea Pines vs Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes seems much older of a resort area overall. Generally though, it was a really great last minute trip that we planned and we had a nice experience.

Great proximity to the beach, golf, shopping and a full service super market (we ordered our groceries ahead of time and picked them up). Nice deck with new grill that we used most nights. Overall - would come again and highly recommend!

The property was so nice and way bigger than we expected. All the moms and daughtes had a great time and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restraunts.
