Great place! Easy <10 minute walk to the beach and about a 12 minute walk to Caligny Plaza with plenty of food/shops/bars/etc. Great access to the pool and convenient parking. Only minor downside was the XPLORIE amenities were unusable because the website and other avenues were down. Not a big issue- we got to do everything we wanted still!

The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants while quiet at the complex. Easy access to the courtyard and pool as well. Thanks for a great weekend!

Overall a great place to stay. Comfortable. Loved the pool area. The only thing I would have like to have had would be some extra washcloths and a kitchen scrubber.
Some beach chairs would have also been nice. Other than that loved the villa and location. Would stay there again!

Perfect the only thing I need to say and it’s not a complaint. When you can’t check in till 4 and have to be out by 10 am not much time for the money you pay to stay at this wonder place. Just need more time

Perfect-5!
We would definitely stay here again! We've never used a property rental service before, as our previous vacations have all been hotel stays. Hilton Head Properties R&R provided convenient text updates, emails with all the important info, and even had a maintenance person out within one hour when we reported a very minor issue with the shower drain. The unit itself was perfectly located for our needs and was very clean.
