We booked through Hilton Head Properties, and their service was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and even sent thoughtful text messages welcoming us and wishing us safe travels, which added a personal touch to the experience. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surrounding area of Hilton Head Island is beautiful—peaceful and not overly commercialized, which made it easy to truly unwind. We were just a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of several great restaurants. There's also a convenient shuttle service that takes you to nearby dining spots, making it easy to get around without any hassle. Another big plus was that the property is pet friendly, which made it even more enjoyable to bring our dog on the trip. Everything about this trip was seamless and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this location and property management company to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to come back

Great 4th of July
Great location. Large bedrooms, so great for a small family. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes but right in the heart of the tennis and pickle ball courts. We will stay there again!

We love the location. Quick walk to the beach. For some reason we got locked out on the day of our departure before our check out time. Had to call and get a new code, the woman at Hilton Head Property was very friendly and helpful. Deposit for our pet was steep but over all it was a wonderful visit the villa was clean and it was a great location. Will visit again!

Perfect Stay
Couldn’t recommend enough. Property was very clean and very large. Very close to the beach but also just far enough that the area was quiet. They were very accommodating to every request that we had. I even forgot my suit bag in the closet and they were willing to ship it home for me. 5/5!

Great location, convenient and clean
Primary contact was easy to work with, property was nice and felt comfortable and homey. Kitchen and dishwater is a little outdated but not that big of a deal. Overall, great rental experience.

Great location
Perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. After being a former HHI property owner, we were nervous to return to the island staying at a different place. The location was perfect-close to the beach, many other amenities and restaurants. Description of property was accurate and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Relaxing week!
We reallh enjoyed our week staying at this property! The condo is a short bike ride or walk to the beach and general store. We could even bike to Starbucks! Check in process was simple. Communication was amazing. The condo was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Fabulous stay in HHI
We had a wonderful stay in HHI. The condo was well appointed and immaculately clean. The location next to the pool was a bonus. Being situated in the heart of Palmetto Dunes a short walk or bike ride to the beach, general store, restaurants. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return again soon.

Family Beach Trip
The condo was a wonderful location. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, clean and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away
My husband and I loved the property. The management was exceptional and allowed us to bring our german shepherd and Siberian husky. It's difficult for pet owners of large breeds to find a place to stay for vacation, and my partner and I wanted nothing more than to bring our fur babies on vacation! We were worried that the place may be loud due to it being pet friendly but it was so quiet and peaceful the entire stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. The only complaint we have was that the floors needed to be cleaned and we wore our sandals throughout the condo to prevent our feet from getting dirty. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and we will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head!
