This beautifully furnished, two-story townhouse at 975 Inverness Village Villas offers three bedrooms, three baths, and a loft that sleeps ten, making it perfect for a family vacation, golf group outing, or weekend getaway. As Travel and Leisure's #1 Family friendly resort in the continental USA and Canada, Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts of three championship eighteen hole golf courses, 26 tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, marina with fireworks in the summer, and a free door-to-door shuttle (from March to Sept) to take you anywhere within the resort. Step outside your doorstep and enjoy a short walk to the beach or hop on one of the 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails that Hilton Head provides.

At 975 Inverness Village Villas, Palmetto Dunes, you'll wake up to stunning views of the golf course and enjoy a short walk to the beach. The villa features a private patio with a gas grill, perfect for hosting family BBQs or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including wireless high-speed internet, washer and dryer, and all linens provided, with extra pillows and blankets if needed. One minute walk from the villa will take you to the saltwater pool with a baby pool and sundeck for fishing on lagoon. The condo was nice and very clean. The location was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked and had both pod and drip coffee makers. There were several large beach towels available to us. I highly recommend this company. I just wish they managed rentals in other cities.

My wife and I booked the property for 4 days to hold our wedding ceremony after seeing all the beautiful pictures on VRBO. It was PERFECT! Our ceremony was 50 guests (and 1 baby), and there was plenty of space for everything we needed! We were able to set up the deck with 2 large 24' buffet style tables, have a ceremony space near the pool with 48 seats, and do dancing and drinks in the main dining area/living room. 24 of our friends and family stayed with us on site, which made it feel like a mini vacation for all of us.The house is beautiful and enormous, with plenty of room for a large group, and all of the amenities you could need. The kitchen is set up to do anything you want. We had several meals over the weekend for anywhere between 30 and 50 people and didn't struggle for space or tools. The hot tub was a huge hit... I'm not a hot tub expert but it seems very modern, with a variety of jet settings and intensities, and it was clean and inviting. The heated pool is also awesome, and even though it was a little chilly a couple of the days, the warm water felt great! The owner, Ed, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. He mentioned that a lot of his rentals are repeat customers who come back over the years, and it's obviously because he cares about people having a great experience at Streamside. Any questions we had, he answered quickly. He was very ok with us moving furniture around and making the space suit our needs.We definitely plan on returning!!

Guys golf weekend

Perfect for immediate family reunion
Love the 2nd floor bunkroom for the kids and having 3 bathrooms is a real treat! Great kitchen appliances and unlimited hot water. The location on the fairway of the golf course is beautiful and quiet. And, just a brief walk to the tennis courts and pool. The best place we have stayed on HHI since we've been vacationing here!

Great first time stay in Hilton head!
This house was great for my family and I to stay. We were 10 people total, including 4 little ones under 5. Everyone I talked to at the rental company was super helpful regarding the property in particular and Hilton head in general. They were quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and always very informative! It made vacation easy! We definitely want to come back!
